FEE STRUCTURE
Partners, Investors and Consulting
General partners earn performance fees on carried interest from calculated net rate of return on a deal by deal waterfall structure. Investors pay no management fees and returns are distributed pro-rata. Consulting fees, when applicable, are based on project milestone quotations and billable hours
